This service covers all elements of planning, executing & running your event. You will be provided with an unlimited level of correspondence during the process & with unlimited correspondence during the process. Working as collaboratively with you as possible to ensure your event is one to remember.
This package offers:
Initial Consultation
This is where we will get to know you and your style, ideas and vision for your big day. We will discuss your budget, location and other important details. From this, we will start to pull together an initial plan.
Creative Design
Working closely with you to plan your dream day by creating mood boards, sketches and theme ideas. This is where your dream day will really start to come to life and we will be able to start to envision all the details.
Recommended Suppliers
Once you’re happy with the design ideas, we’ll start to outreach to our trusted suppliers that we know will be able to make your vision a reality. From florists to photographers, this is when things really start to come together.
Planning & Co-Ordinating
We will coordinate appointments, help with contracts, pricing and keep suppliers up to date. You will be provided with an updated report including a checklist; as well as an on-the-day schedule.
Your Big Day
We will be on hand the morning of your wedding to ensure that everything is set up and in place before your arrival. Prior to your wedding, we will liaise with your suppliers to ensure that all timings are managed. Will we make sure that your day is as perfect as you envisaged, from start to finish.
The price of this service is usually 10-15% of your wedding budget depending on the size and logistics of your wedding. A minimum fee applies and a deposit is needed to secure.
